The course is led by native Georgians who share their passion for traditional cooking with you. Together, we will prepare a selection of typical vegetarian dishes that are deeply rooted in Georgian culture.
But what would a Georgian feast be without wine? Georgia is considered the cradle of viticulture, and therefore a Georgian wine tasting is a must-have part of the evening. You’ll learn about millennia-old winemaking methods and enjoy perfectly matched wines to the prepared dishes.
